And a very Merry Christmas from this reader. I hope that Sally has survived the Curse of the Clio. Apparently it is caused by the wrong type of oil or grease. There is no extra safety catch which has to be released as in most cars when the bonnet is opened. So you push the bonnet down but then the catch has not operated correctly. I am glad that she is safe.
