Here is another one of my past ideas. A walking video for use on the treadmill. Although in my scheme it would be connected to the treadmill so that it advances at the walking speed. I guess this is more feasible now with dvd technology.
An interesting Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children in the UK here no mention of Positive Psychology anywhere. Wonder if they are doing anuy work with optimism etc. European wide study here Will have to ask Seligman at conference next week.
