Technology v DRM

Excellent quote::HorsePigCow:: life uncommon: SXSW Highlights: "'Technology is about enabling people. DRM (Digital Rights Management) is about disabling people. DRM is the opposite of what technology should do.' Ian Clarke (Freenet), Commons-Based Business Models" I'm sure Cory Doctorow would agree

Yes, PR companies seem to be obsessed with having animals in their names. Locally we have Blue Donkey and Black Pig and I think there is another one too. Is it the British obsession with animals? I'm sure you will have a link for that... Ellee

I have noticed that a couple of comments I thought I had made last week are not on your site, not sure if I somehow lost them. You go to such a lot of trouble to write really great blogs, very interesting too. Maybe you should send the one from the conference on to Jenny Chapman, she might find it interesting. Ellee
