Today we started of The Cotswold Way from Wotton Under Edge to Horton returning via Bays wood and open fields to Wotton.
Very hilly for we Cambridge folk but fantastic scenery and the Bays Wood area looking very much like all England did before we started chopping all the trees down!

I remember seeing some lovely walks when I visited the Cotswolds with my mother and was so disappointed not to be able to do them. I had really itchy feet and hope to return there another day. I'm pleased you had a lovely time.

I especially loved the smell of the wild garlic that seemed to be every where
