		<description>How are you determining that these IPs are scrappers?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;One problem with blocking IPs is that some people will use proxies or networks like Tor and you will end up banning IPs which are not deicated to those people and of course most people are on DHCP servers.</description>
