apparently dk.eos.net is some sort of java error - big help

keeps getting this error when trying to publish:
Current Status: There Were Errors in Publishing.
002 dk.eos.net.FtpError: Login incorrect

where is it getting the idea I want to publish to eos.net? from

blog keeps disappearing from my website after I've updated site directly - means I've to republish using blogger - very tedious
